Service

By accessing or using Vericast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. Vericast provides advanced hardware-level camera bridge technology for Android devices.

Permission is granted to download one copy of the Vericast APK for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Vericast.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
• Use the software for any illegal purpose or to violate local laws.

Vericast is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Vericast or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Vericast software, even if Vericast has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Vericast licenses are purchased via Crypto. Due to the digital nature of the software and the anonymity of the payment method, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a license key has been generated or activated.
